That is put the customer first and this will make your bottom line sustainable. This entails having a vision and making decisions in the medium and long term. But how can we know who we put in charge of such a relevant position who is the profile that knows about all this here .es the importance of being certified. Dec is an independent association that launches this certification precisely to guarantee .panies and the industry that we are professionals with all this knowledge.
Since cx is such a new discipline and until now with a lot of unstructured information we decided to create a framework that would serve as a guide for all professionals.
